Your goals will be to

  • Provide after sales support to customers in Philippines
  • Entertain customer inquiries and concerns via phone or email and connect to other departments as necessary
  • Monitor customer activity and do outbound calls to keep track of customer experience
  • Increase customer lifetime value by providing good customer service and converting renewals

To achieve your goals with us you will report to, Operations Manager, Philippines

You should be

  • At least 1 year experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented and customer-centric
  • Prior exposure to insurance a plus
