Your goals will be

  • To ensure that all documents related to policy issuance are complete and comply with provider requirements
  • Coordinate with other departments and insurance partners regarding issuance, deliveries, claims, and other policy-related concerns
  • Monitor performance and suggest operational improvements to existing partnerships

To achieve your goals with us you will report to, Operations Manager

You should be

  • At least 1 year experience in data encoding and/or relationship management
  • Keen attention for detail and accuracy
  • Strong mathematical aptitude (for premium and commission computation)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Prior exposure to insurance a plus
