Your goal will be to

  • Drive the future development of a global product comparison platform in alignment with the product management, technology leadership and architecture
  • Create and execute the platform roadmap

 

To achieve your goals with us you will

  • Build the product:
  • 6+ months roadmap for a global product comparison platform
  • deliver according to the roadmap with a software delivery team lead by yourself
  • establish (limited internal and unlimited external) open source collaboration wherever meaningful
  • ensure sustainability, reliability, scalability and flexibility of the platform
  • Build the process:
  • establish roadmap planning process to ensure compliance with business vision & strategy and the product vertical needs
  • manage the following stakeholders: product management, software delivery teams, architecture and the technology leadership team
  • enable other software delivery teams to participate to open source parts of the platform

 

You should be competent in

  • Business & technology:
  • sound understanding of newest technologies and architectures
  • sound understanding of our product portfolio, our business, its vision and goals
  • Software Delivery Methodology:
  • experienced with managing a team
  • experienced with working in cross functional groups to deliver high quality products
  • sound understanding of a SCRUM process and agility
  • facilitation of decision making processes within teams
  • Communication:
  • ability to manage stakeholders and with empathy in such a way aligned to our company culture
  • ability to deal with ambiguity, find creative resolutions and drive for results is required
  • ability to listen and respond objectively to new ideas
  • ability to translate business needs into technology and vice versa
  • ability to educate business people about business opportunities coming from technology

  • own a high quality end-to-end delivery
